Moving with three kids was CRAZY!
especially an infant who needs a lot of attention!

They also dropped one of those heavy tubes on my foot... slowing me down just a little...
So while I was down from this painful injury I hear Connor in the next room yell, "mommy, vale drank something that's burning his mouth!!!" I run in to find that Vale has ingested nail polish remover with acetone. Fantastic. First time I had to call poison control. Sigh... he ended up being fine. I think he didn't get a whole lot because it didn't taste that great.
Connor said that he was going to protect our stuff as I was packing... thanks pal. :)
I had to put my boys on a plane and send them to the East Coast ahead of us so I could get some things done without kids drinking acetone...
We had to say goodbye to family and friends :( It was really sad knowing that with three kids we weren't gonna be flying out to California any time soon.
Papa came out to drive the truck back with Jimmy...
... and Shay and I said goodbye to California, our home, and flew east.
I was SOOO happy though to get my little guys back in my arms!!!
Meanwhile, Jimmy and Jim had a great time bach'in it across the country!
They visited the Grand Canyon,
which they described as 'breath taking'.
they also went to a meteor crater, which was pretty cool.
The truck broke down TWICE and it took them 3 days longer than planned but hey, they had fun! :)
We were so blessed to have Jimmy's family come down and see us, help us and drive Jimmy's dad back up to Ohio. The boys were so excited to see Emma Grace!
We had so many people from our church come help us unload our truck...
... and boy did we need it!
Yeah we had the biggest truck we could get...
We are now North Carolina residents!!! Whewww Whooo!!! :)
