Gotta Feed These Boys

I love times like this with my boys when we are all at the table together!

Vale pretending he's a snow monster... :)  I blame the 'snow monster' for the trashed house...

He's a kissable little monster though... :)

Connor wanted to feed Emery...

At least she's happy right?!

Vale wanted to feed Shay... ok!

Then, of course, Connor wanted to do it too... :)

I'm so glad they love each other!

Life with 3...

This little guy is soooooo sweet, adorable, cute, loveable... you name it, the kids got it! :)

He is so happy that you are giving him attention that he just beams at you!

He's trying to imitate his shirt here... if you use the neck role as the smile, I think he did a pretty good job actually... :)

We had our last women's bible study a couple weeks ago... *sniff, sniff* I'm gonna miss my group!!!

The 3-5 year olds got up on stage and sang for us.  I'm not sure who put Connor on the back row... :-(... maybe it was Connor himself... :)

This was Connor's first year of Cubbies and he loved it! :)
Here he's with the rest of his group, the Zebra's. :)  He got a 'you participated' award. :)

He didn't really know what it was for and we were just really proud of him for getting up in front of all those people and not crying :)

We've had fun with week having cousins over to play!!

These two are too cute together!!

She's definitely the 'older' one... :)

My boys are very handsome... if I do say so myself...

They are so close, and best friends!

This one is great! :) Love it!

Still adjusting to three but loving it!

Family Visit

We had a great time with family that visited during the time of Jimmy graduation!!
We had a really good time together!

We went up to castaways, a restaurant the overlooks Burbank.  Jimmy's mom has family from there and she grew up going there.  It was really cool, good date spot! ;-)

Jim got here first and had some good play time with the boys.  They were so excited to have Papa play with them!!

This is pretty much how Schafer likes to spend quality time right now...

He was telling Papa all about how his brothers steal all his attention... :)

Then Nona, Aunt Polly and Grandpa Allen came!  We had a mighty full house!

We went to the Santa Anita Horse Track on Saturday after the graduation and had a blast.

My mom and dad were in town as well for the graduation, staying with Trevor and Kati and Baby Emery!

Baby Emery REALLY likes Connor... :)

Everyone watching the horses run by!

We even found some Steelers garb for Jim! :)

We put Schafer in Emery's seat and let him play with her Sophie... big mistake.

She was trying VERY hard to get her toy back... but she was sweet about it! :)

Then we went to a mexican place out in Pasadena that was pretty good!  They serenaded our table and my dad really got into it... :)

Since we had 4 mothers all here for mother's day, the men threw us a picnic, complete with bbq chicken and grilled steak. :)

They boys really liked the Watermelon... :)

... I mean REALLY liked the Watermelon...

They even shared with Schafer. :)

The guys played a competitive game of cornhole.

... or several games...

And I got lots of love from my family and sweet boys!

Monday morning they had to say bye, which is always sad.

Connor especially never wants anyone to leave.  We'd live in a huge family commune if it were up to him. :)

We had a great time with all the family that came out to visit!! We are so blessed with family who love us!

Jimmy Graduated!!!

 My hubby Graduated!!!!  Wheewww WHOO!!!

This is a typical Jimmy face :)  Love him!

Both his mom and dad were able to come out for the ceremony! It was great!  They were (are) so proud of him!

As he was walking in, they were on the phone with him trying to make sure he could see us. :)

He found us! :)

I am so proud of him!  It's hard to finish school with a wife, kids and a job!!

AND he had a really hard major!!

This is the screen capture of him walking across the stage (we had family watching live all over the country)... thank goodness for technology and last minute texts!! :)

I'm pretty sure they all got a better view than we did...

I didn't realize his school had been around as long as it had... you learn something every day...

Wheww whooo - yeah for nerdy language majors!!! :)

Oh yeah... had to get some selfies after the ceremony... duh!

So proud of my man!!

We were able to find his good friend Jason on the field!

Then we found Matt!!
These three have been very good friends for the last 4 years and I, for one, am very grateful for the friendship that they provided for my husband.  They have truly uplifted him and helped him grow in the Lord.

We couldn't find any of his language professors on the field so I didn't get any pictures of them :-/

We had a little dessert reception afterward to celebrate and, of course, get some more pictures!

The boys were also very proud of daddy... even if they didn't really know what he'd done... :)

My family was proud...

His family was proud...

His mom and dad were ecstatic...

... and we even had some surprise visitors from up North!! :)

Connor was pretty much just glad we were having a party... :)

So he graduated on Friday the 9th and on Monday the 12th started his Master's Degree in Counseling... :) Sigh... no rest for the weary... :)
