Little Bear's First Haircut

Ok so maybe it wasn't so much a hair "cut" as it was a hair "trim" of the fuzzies and flyaways...

He still needs a proper hair cut... I wanna take him to a little kiddie barber that has the fun chairs and stuff... maybe we'll find one in VA Beach.

Christmas Eve

We went to a Christmas Eve service in Youngstown at a church from a Master's grad!  It was cool! :)

We put cookies and milk out for Santa

He wanted to attack the cookies!

We took a family photo... I was exhausted :)

Visit to see Great Grandma and Grandpa and First SNOW

We were able to meet my mom and grandparents in the middle of PA (half way between us)

Connor completely stole the show :)

Connor went out in the snow for the first time in his little snow suit!
He's so cute! :)

He really liked it!  He was playing with the snow all around him :)

Oh he's adorable!

Pics of Connor from Thanksgiving in NC

I've been totally slacking on the blog thing... sorry.

These are pics from the 10 days spent with my parents over Thanksgiving.

He was very good at avoiding being stepped on with all the people there.

He's such a sweet little guy!

He's my little glow worm!

Dressed for Thanksgiving service!

7 Months Old!

The wee one turned 7 months today!  Yikes!  He's getting so close to crawling and sits up for very long periods of time now and only falls over when he want to move around on his belly.

Connor loved playing in my strips of fabric I had out for an art project.

He was having a grand time until...
He got really tired and needed a nap... :)  It's so hard not to laugh at him when he's upset!

Then, this evening, we thought it was time for Connor's first cultural experience and we took him to The Getty, L.A.'s art museum.  We were there for about 2 hours and he did very well!  He was actually a HUGE hit... people kept coming up to me and saying things like "Do you know that you have a very cute baby!"  HAHA well yes I do... thank you! :)

Jason, one of Jimmy's buddies from school went with us.
We had a good time :)

Connor's oh so busy life....

Connor loves to jump up and down in his jumper! (ignore the mess of my closet... it's a work in progress...)
 My little midnight mischief maker...
He's like mom this table is just my size!
Mama I'm not so good at standing yet...
Connor loves to 'take things out and put them back in'  doesn't matter what it is but he LOVES this wooden box and the shapes.
For the last couple of days he's been pulling at his right ear and fussing for a second.  I wondered if this was an ear ache but I didn't think so... so I googled it and apparently ear tugging can be a sign of teething! :)  We might have a toothed baby soon!
In these next three it's like he's saying 'wait... wait... I think I feel a tooth... yeah right there... wait I got it... YUP found it!' :)

Hope you enjoyed!!!  Connor has such a tough life! :)

Connor's First Trip to the Zoo!

Well we took Connor for his first trip to the zoo!  We realized that this was the first family outing we've had with just us!  It was a beautifully sunny day, not too hot, with a slight breeze.  Perfect day for the zoo!

Mommy and Connor starting the day off by waiting for Daddy to get out of the restroom! :)

For the most part, Connor liked being in the stroller.
We took him out though so he could see the animals.
There was a petting portion of the zoo and Connor really liked the sheep!  He just stood there staring at them and smiling.

He also like the flamingos :)

He likes daddy showing him the monkeys!

The tortoise came right up to us... it took him a while but Connor was patient

Then we saw the hippo in the water coming up for air every couple of minutes

This is a GREAT face!  HAHAHA Jimmy parked him in front of a fence with a board over it so he couldn't see... he didn't like it.

We saw the Giraffes and there was a mommy and a baby just like us! :)

At that point he was tuckered out... he passed out... he didn't see the lions, gorillas, zebras, koalas, kangaroos, ostriches, elephants, etc... guess we'll have to make another trip to the zoo! :)
