Soooooo.... Welcome to the fam Schafer Allen Mahon!!!!!
I am 12w2d today!!
Baby looks great and perfectly healthy!!!
Our due date is January 18th 2014.
I know that picture is upside down but the baby is much easier to see this way. For the ultra sound challenged, the head is on the left, the middle bump is the belly, you can see the spine at the bottom and his little bum on the right. His legs are hidden and you can't see his arms in this photo.
He gave us a nice spread eagle view today at the ultrasound to the point that I could tell he was a boy before the doctor said anything.
I said, 'Ummm... is that a boy??' and the doctor said, 'You saw that too huh??' :)
He was very confident so we feel ok sharing it with everyone.
He even gave us a picture but it's a big graphic so I'm not gonna post that one...
My belly popped out big time last month!!!! It's almost like it's done this before or something... ;-)
We traveled around for the whole month of June to the point that I almost forgot I was pregnant.
One nasty symptom I've had is I get carsick (which for me is just really dizzy) very easily which stinks since we had an obscene amount of road trips during this vaca!
But thankfully, I haven't thrown up once. This pregnancy is very much like Connor's so I'm not surprised that it's a boy.
This is the first ultra sound at around 7 weeks. Just a little blob... :)
This sums up the whole month of May:
So I have had some SERIOUS sleep issues with this baby!

So I have had some SERIOUS sleep issues with this baby!
It seems I can't sleep more than 3 hours at a time for the moment and that poses a problem when I have 2 wee ones running around wrecking havoc!
Providentially, God allowed me to get pregnant and start exuding symptoms right as my hubby gets out of school for the summer! It's almost like He knows what's going to happen before I do... :) His timing is so perfect.
I haven't felt nauseous so far at all with this baby... I had one afternoon of slight queasiness when we were out in 100 degree heat for about 3 and a half hours but not sure that had anything to do with pregnancy... :)
