Vale is 9 Months Old!!!!

Baby Vale is now 9 months old!!!

He loves to play with things OTHER than his toys...

Kitchen utensils, shoes, clothes...

He's started standing up in the stroller!!  He grabs the back of Connor's seat and pulls himself up.

He's such a goof ball... he's very personable and snuggley with the people he knows well and is around a lot.

Vale is now mobile!!!  He sits and then goes on all fours then sits again zig zagging his way across the floor.  The other day he crawled about 4 'steps' on two different occasions but he's definitely moving around to where he wants to go now. 

He gets excited to when he sees me and puts up his arms to be held when he wants me to pick him up.

He's a sweet boy!!  He looks like he's thinking 'oh boy Connor, you're in trouble now!  Glad that wasn't me...'  :)

He's still toothless... not even any buds, sigh... 

He's eating all sorts of foods!  He loves peas (not smashed ones, whole ones), pasta, graham crackers, ice cream, chicken and rice.

Connor is still his favorite person and can make him laugh more than anyone else.

My week with just baby Vale!

We've had some fun while Connor is away!

We made cookies and Vale was our official taste tester!

My baby's all grown up and goin to grandma's

Connor's spending the week at Grandma Love's house in Chattanooga, TN.  His first week away from me and I think it's rougher on me than him...

He was very excited when he found our he was going WITH them!

He was very sweet though and gave his mommy lots of lovin when I said goodbye.

He's my precious boy

He is so loving and affectionate; I love it.

He's gonna have a great time!

Vale is so close to crawling it's crazy!!!  It will be any day now...

Connor is a goof ball and is enjoying watching the Olympics.  He is running everywhere, doing flips and dancing where ever he goes... 

 I'm enjoying spending time with my boys...

So we went to Britt's Donuts in Carolina Beach today and if you've never been there, your life is not complete... ok maybe that's an exaggeration but only a slight one... They are literally award winning...

Vale had his first Britt's!

Hair Cut Adventures!

Vale got his first haircut on April 27th but I didn't get photos till now from my mom.

He was so cute!  His hair was out of control though!

He sat pretty still...

Vale got his second haircut yesterday and I got some photos of that...

He was very skeptical of a stranger coming at him with a sharp object...

He did very well the second time too... 

He looks so different without the chick fuzz!!

We got some photos taken of the boys and they were so cute!!  

Unfortunately, Connor melted down and was crying for about 60% of the time

 & Vale barely cracked a smile the whole time... 

but hey!  It was fun! :)
